What is the Subaru Love Encore Visit?
The Subaru Love Encore program is a complimentary follow-up visit designed to help you get the most out of your new vehicle. Within 14 to 45 days after taking delivery, you'll return to Flow Subaru of Burlington for a personalized one-on-one session with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist.
During this visit, our expert will answer your questions, walk through your vehicle’s technology, and help customize important settings so everything works exactly the way you want it to.

Jason is your dedicated Love Encore Delivery Specialist at Flow Subaru of Burlington. His goal is to help you get the most from your Subaru after you drive it home.
Subaru vehicles are packed with advanced technology and safety features, and Jason will guide you through them during your one-on-one Love Encore visit. You'll be able to ask questions, explore features like EyeSight®, STARLINK®, connectivity, and driver-assist systems, and personalize your settings so everything feels simple and intuitive.
